Council Term Plan 2025-2026
At their meeting held 24 February 2025, Council endorsed its 2025-2026 Term Plan.
As Councillors pass the halfway mark of their 4 year term it is important to ensure that their priorities are well understood so that annual plans and budgets capture and progress these key initiatives, in alignment with our strategic plan. To clearly outline these priorities Councillors agreed to establish its first Councillor Term Plan that covers 2025 and 2026.
The 2025 - 2026 Term Plan provides a valuable guide for Councillors and staff to align the development of annual plans and budgets to the priorities of Councillors that are aligned with the strategic plan.
