During the construction stage of the shared pathway, it was identified to progressively upgrade the important existing beach accesses at Hawley, connecting them to the newly constructed pathway. A proposed scope of work has been developed by staff and supported by the elected members.
The Hawley Beach Accesses Upgrade project is scheduled to be issued for tender late in September, with the aim of completing the works prior to the Christmas holiday period.
