| Latrobe Federal Band Rehearsals | The Latrobe Federal Band, established in 1875, holds the title of Australia's oldest continuous brass brand. Currently, the band is rehearsing at the Moriarty Hall whilst the L J Coventry Bandrooms, (situated at the Latrobe Recreation Ground on Gilbert Street in Latrobe) is undergoing an exciting redevelopment. Our Musical Directors are Geoff Dell, who oversees and guides the senior band, and Dominique Baker, who teaches and mentors our junior and beginner players with the support of our experienced senior members.
