The road will be closed to through traffic during the approved closure period. Local access to properties within the work area will be maintained wherever it is safe and practicable to do so. Motorists are requested to follow all traffic control measures, detour signage, and directions from traffic controllers. A signed detour route will be in place via New Street, East Forth Street and Last Street.
This revised closure arrangement is temporary and valid only until 17 July 2026, after which the previously approved traffic management arrangements will resume.
