Nominations for Australia Day Awards
The search is on to find those individuals and groups that make a valuable contribution to the Latrobe Municipality and recognise them through Latrobe Council's Annual Australia Day Awards. There are three categories to be awarded -
- Citizen of the Year
- Young Citizen of the Year
- Community Event of the Year
How to nominate
- Download a Australia Day Nomination Form
(435 kb) or phone 6426 4444 for a form to be posted to you.
- Ensuring your nominee meets the eligibility criteria, complete the personal information about your nominee and attach your submission addressing the criteria relevant to the section in which you are nominating.
- Return the nomination to Latrobe Council, “Australia Day Awards” by 1 December
Awards are presented on Australia Day (26 January).
