Latrobe Local Provisions Schedule (LPS) – Draft Amendment L-PS001/2025
EXHIBITION NOTICE – INVITATION FOR WRITTEN REPRESENTATIONS
Pursuant to Section 37 of the Land Use Planning & Approvals Act (LUPAA) 1993, an application for an amendment to the Latrobe Local Provisions Schedule has been made by Plan Place Pty Ltd for land at 200 Parkers Ford Road, Port Sorell (CT213993/1) to:
- - Rezone the land from Rural Living (D) to Rural Living (A)
At its Ordinary Meeting of 28 April 2025, the Latrobe Council planning authority agreed to the amendment and prepared the certified draft amendment pursuant to Section 40F of the LUPAA, subject to modification.
The planning authority invites written representations on the draft amendment. The exhibition documents in relation to the draft amendment are available for viewing during normal business hours at the:
- Latrobe Council offices, Monday to Friday at 170 Gilbert Street, Latrobe; and
- Latrobe Council website at www.latrobe.tas.gov.au
Representations can be made in writing to the Latrobe Council from Monday 5 May 2025 until Monday 2 June 2025.
