The information contained on this website includes the main documents describing the proposed development.  The complete package of documents relating to the application can be viewed at the Council Offices.

Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993

The Tasmanian Planning Commission has made urgent amendments to each of the nine Cradle Coast Interim Planning Schemes. The urgent amendments address zoning translation errors, anomalies, clarifications and the removal of inconsistencies in provisions.

Urgent amendment UA1/2016 became effective on 24 August 2016 and urgent amendment UA2/2016 will be effective on 13 September 2016.
