We have an exciting role within our Operations Team across the two Councils for an experienced Team Leader. In this role you will lead a team that maintains and constructs physical assets such as public buildings, parks structures, sports stadiums and community facilities in accordance with industry best practice.
What we are looking for:
A strong and confident leader with a broad range of experience in building construction and maintenance. You will have the ability to influence and motivate a team whilst adapting to change as required. You will provide technical advice and guidance as needed.
You will have technical qualifications in building and/or construction and be experienced in project and maintenance management of physical, financial and human resources. You will also have a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role.
